- Sponsor Bank Account IBAN number
- Medical Result (not required for age below 18 years)
- Medical Insurance Application or card for applicant
- One Photo with White Background
- Applicant Passport and Visa
- Sponsor Passport copy and Visa copy
- Tenancy Contract / Ejari and Electricity bill
- Sponsor's Labor Contract for 2 years visa (or Salary Certificate for 3 years - FZCO)
- Study enrollment certificate (male children over 18 years)
